Truck pre trip inspection. When he went to check the tool box to make sure he had the necessary tools for the day.
What happened
When driver looked at the toolbox he saw there was a seal where the hasp for a lock would have been. Broke the seal to open the toolbox and when he was pulling the seal from the hole the metal edge of the seal where it was broken caught their right thumb ripping the skin.
