Employee was assisting a resident to sit on the commode.
What happened
Employee went to ambulate resident (248) with another CNA to the bathroom when resident went to sit on the commode over the toilet it tipped because it was not properly adjusted with the feet meeting the floor. Went to have patient stand back up to adjust the commode legs and residents legs gave out. CNA tried to prevent patient from falling to floor. Started noticing pain in right arm later in the shift.
