Transferring ingredients from staging area in to kitchen

Bake TM was shifting a tote full of ingredients (90#) to then pick up and realized it was far too heavy for them alone based on the back strain. Another TM nearby came over and helped team-lift it. The Bake TM noticed some developing pain strain in their upper back after the production day which persisted through to the following day.
