employee was welding and moving parts in his cell using [REDACTED]hook attached to the jib crane.

What happened

employee used the J-hook to lift a part off his table and get it moved when the hook came loose causing the part to fall back onto the table. the part was about 5 inches off the table when it fell. Employees hand was under the part trying to release the 2 pins that keep the part attached to the table for weld purposes and when the part fell it landed on his finger. Employee ended up breaking one finger on his left hand
