IW was using a self-retracting box cutter to cut the plastic wrap around a pallet then pulling the plastic wrap off.
What happened
While pulling the plastic wrap they encountered some resistance. They used some force and the wrap came loose unexpectedly causing their hands to bump together. Because IW was holding the box cutter blade out it sliced their left wrist.
