Before the incident
IW was working in the batching room dumping ingredients into a mixer. They turned around and walked over to a metal platform cart with more ingredients.

The floor was wet and ingredient residue made it extra slippery. IW was trying to step carefully but slipped and slammed their right shin against a metal edge of the cart.
