[REDACTED] was coming back from lunch and going back to work
What happened
[REDACTED] unplugged the charging cable from the forklift and plugged in the regular cable to drive the forklift. After that [REDACTED] sat on the forklift buckled his seat belt and then turn on the ignition. When [REDACTED] turned on the ignition he felt an explosion underneath him and then saw smoke coming from under the seat and immediately got off the forklift. During investigation there was no battery acid on the seat floor or on the EE not even on the battery itself.
