Before the incident
Just prior to the incident coworker drove a [REDACTED] (SP) to a carboard bin to discard loose cardboard then stopped the SP and was about to step off it.
What happened
Stepping off the Stock-Picker (SP) coworker stepped on one of the SP 's outriggers then twisted & brought pain to her right ankle fell backwards struck her lower back on the SP 's platform edge.

Coworker says pain from this incident is primarily in her right ankle was diagnosed with sprained right ankle.

It appears the coworker not watching where she was stepping (and likely stepping on the outrigger only with her right heel) was the leading cause of her twisting her right ankle and then falling backwards.
