EE alleges [REDACTED] when she was entering the meat department and while pushing a tall heavy metal c art with 6 trays of meat on it she stopped the cart and the wheel got caught in the hole from the broken sewer dra in. While her back was turned to the cart it tilted and hit her neck resulting in pain to her neck left shoulder blade and lower back.
