EE alleges that about [REDACTED] she was cleaning the very heavy register #2 and had to lift it up to clean it th en when she dropped it down into its place she felt neck pain and once she got into her car to go home her neck popped loudly and the pain became excruciating she developed a severe headache that comes and goes and her neck upper and lower back and R shoulder blade are all in severe pain and she is shaky and nauseated an d when she lifts her chin up from looking down she becomes very dizzy.
