EE is an operator trainee assigned to work with the operator on [REDACTED] 108 EE went to [REDACTED] 109 where work was being performed on the underpress grinder EE reached over the yellow barricade to clean plastic regrind on the dowel pin on the left with bare left hand A socket wrench located on the top rail above the pin fell as it got nudged from EEs working on the opposite side EE was startled by the falling wrench and pulled their hand away towards themself contacting the stationary blade of the grinder causing a laceration to the tip of their left index finger
