EE was replacing a water line on [REDACTED] former Once work was completed the EE attempted to turn the water back on which was connected with a ball valve The ball valve was tight so the EE used his hand to break it loose before turning it on As the valve broke loose the EE went to down with their right hand to turn the valve on which was at the 6 oclock position and felt a pop between their bicep and forearm when turning it back to the on position
