What happened
Employee was traversing while stepping over the two parallel black and yellow cable covers inadvertently placed their foot between the two dividers and overextending their knee. After two days the pain intensified prompting them to report the issue to their supervisor. The supervisor then directed the employee to seek treatment at Urgent Care.
