What happened
Patient needed to be checked and changed which wasnt possible with her in the chair [REDACTED] and myself told the patient we were going to get her back to bed The patient had been walking the halls with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] With gait belt and walker we attempted to stand patient but were unable she seemed to lock her legs and resist getting up The stand lift was then brought into the room With help of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and myself we attempted to get patient to stand again locked her legs and resisted We decided to leave her in her chair and let her have dinner before trying again with hoyer lift When I returned to room [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] had got patient back in bed My back was a little sore after those attempts but went away Woke up [REDACTED] and my whole back felt like it was being pulled I took tylenol which start to relieve some discomfort Not specified
