Before the incident
EE stated I was assisting a crew towing their aircraft to the end of the runway.
What happened
EE stated that after completing the tow evolution they had to ground the aircraft. It was dark outside and they had a bump hat on. As they were coming up from picking up the grounding cable they banged their head on the pylon that was attached to the left wing of the aircraft. The impact was what hurt their neck and then they fell to the floor. They were helped by my their coworker. Their head sustained no visible damage and cushioned by the bump cap. Right side of neck was affected. They had dizziness headaches nausea and pain shooting from their neck to their upper right back and trapezius. The headaches and dizziness were sudden after the impact. The morning after they started noticing tenderness on their head where it impacted. All of which made it difficult to sleep. The pain worsens when they turn their head up right and down. A coworker then drove them to the medical center where they was seen for their injuries
