Teammate was walking to the sidewalk from their vehicle.
What happened
Teammate was exiting her vehicle to walk into the building to clock in for work shift. As the teammate begin to step onto the sidewalk her foot caught the uneven edge causing her to trip and fall onto the concrete causing severe injuries to her left side. The teammate informed safety that there was poor lighting in the area. The paramedic was called and the teammate was transported to a nearby hospital.
