Before the incident
Employee was using the crane to install a threshing unit.
What happened
Employee was working on removing threshing unit lift fixture from an installed threshing unit. The employee had their had on the top side of the pulley below. When the employee removed the pin to disengage the lift fixture the weight of the fixture shifted and pinned the employees left hand thumb between the lift fixture and the pulley.
