Operator was hanging a scrap core on MRX-2 winder. When the operator was done they pushed a core dolly to the left. The core dolly hung up on a worn spot in floor. When it broke loose from spot on the floor the dolly moved faster than operator expected. Operator 's right foot accelerated and hit the left foot causing them to trip stumble and then fall forward on their right elbow and knee. Operator had a noticeable limp and their right elbow started swelling up with golf ball size knot.
