EE states Trying to help my team assemble the work.

EE states used a mallet to install a large pin to the jack that was not inserting easily tried to lubricate the pin with a solvent spray of deionized water IPA on the inner part of the pin away from where they were hammering and my coworker lost grip of the mallet and it hit chin and immediately began to swell. [REDACTED] started to feel pain in jaw and left work to get evaluated at the hospital. The next day started to bruise on right side of chin. Jaw aches on the left temple area and neck started to ache and still aches.
