What happened
TM was going to get some catalyst to fill up the chute. While TM was filling up the cart they went to grab from the last row towards the back of the pallet closest to the cage wall. As TM was stepping back while holding one box of catalyst to turn and step off the pallet the TM foot got stuck in between the openings of the pallet and TM fell onto the floor on their left side of body.
