What happened
EE states was atop an aircraft removing a tarp or barrier paper covering the fuel cells underneath the panel. In the process of crossing over the back bone of the aircraft lost their footing slipped and fell. Believes they hit the inner part of left knee on the back bone of the aircraft during the fall.
