EE states I was doing a periodic inspection on aircraft component.

EE states I was working on aircraft component. I was breaking the oil drain plug open to drain the oil. I was using a breaker bar and socket. As I was leveraging the bolt it broke free and I slipped into the edge of the control panel. This caused a deep gash on my left arm just above my wrist on the left side.
