I was helping install prepping for the install of the component.
What happened
Myself and a coworker were switching out the attachment of the jack stand when we were lifting it slipped out of my hands. In order to not break it I reached down and arranged to catch it by myself at a very awkward position using mostly my left wrist. The attachment was approximately 75 to 100 lbs.
