Before the incident
Employee had just finished putting an exhaust blanket on a generator and was climbing down a ladder coming off of a generator enclosure when the injury occurred.
What happened
Employee went to get down off the enclosure and planted his right foot on the first rung of the ladder. Before he got his left foot over to the ladder he felt a pop tear and suddenly his foot went numb.
