Employee picked up sharp part from packout table and walked it to the rack placed the sharp part on the rack and turned away brushing his leg against sharp part cutting his thigh

After employee placed a sharp part on the rack he was supposed to take a step back and then turn. Instead the employee placed the part on the rack and turned while too close to the part he brushed his thigh against the part cutting his thigh
