What happened

[REDACTED]. [REDACTED] legs were pinned by #10 rebar falling on him from the Shearline. [REDACTED] was cleaning Rebar from the shearline drop bins with the help of [REDACTED] in the forklift. [REDACTED] was facing away from the line toward the forklift. [REDACTED] was the shear operator. He had been talking to me before he dropped the bar. [REDACTED] said he moved the scrap pieces down to drop in to the bin. Said he looked to see if there was anything on the shearline. He did not see anything so he proceeds to drop the scrap bar then sees the bar he just cut rolling towards [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] races over to unpin [REDACTED] but couldn 't because the bar was too heavy. [REDACTED] ran over to help and both lifted the bars enough to unpin [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] came and got me I entered the warehouse just after he got unpinned. I took [REDACTED] walking on his own to the break room to assess the injuries then placing an ice pack on both knees.
