What happened
Employee was picking up a pallet to start his cart build up. There was a nail sticking out of it that he didn 't see. Pallets are re-used and often have nails sticking out of them. Employee is very new and did not inspect the pallet before picking it up. Employee went to urgent care after his shift and was given a tetanus shot.
