Picking the console up from the rack and placing it on the work station

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the employee was functional testing [REDACTED] consoles. They rotated the console to check the corners. When rotating the console the employee 's head was too close to the console and hit the corner of her eye with the corner of the console. They were given first aid but felt dizzy and had swelling near the eye. They were taken to Urgent Care and later sent to a local hospital.
