Before the incident
Employee was assisting with hoisting the fiberglass piece they were building to sand the other side.
What happened
The employee was standing between the two hard tops in the shop slightly bent over to be able to see the saw horses as he was lowering the hard top when the clamp used to pick up the hardtop came off the hoist hook. The hard top fell and landed on the other hard top in the shop striking the employee on the right top side of his head and his right upper shoulder on the way down.
