What happened
Employee was picking a pallet of product from the racks in E F Aisle [REDACTED] E-16. Instead of backing up the reach truck first and then lowering the pallet down per company policy and training he proceeded to back up and bring the pallet down all in one motion resulting in his reach truck impacting the beam on [REDACTED] F-16 causing the pallet support runners to be knocked loose fall and strike him on the upper left shoulder.
