Performing surgery

While surgeon was performing prostate biopsy Accupoint biopsy needle mount would not stay in place. During the procedure the surgeon would have to take biopsy needle out to reposition every time. In doing so the biopsy mount would pop out of place and the surgeon stuck herself during one of these events. Other biopsy mounts would lock the probe in place. This one does not do that so resulted in a needle stick.
