Waiting for the the airtrain to arrive on the platform On the way back to terminal 7 to set up the bag for BDO.
What happened
On [REDACTED] EE reported an injury over the phone. She stated that the incident occurred on [REDACTED] while she was transferring a bag between terminals via the [REDACTED]. During the process one of the bag’s wheels became stuck on the platform causing her to injure her right shoulder. At the time of the incident EE was accompanied by EE-[REDACTED] and an agent from EWR both of whom checked in on her. EE advised them that she was feeling more embarrassed than hurt and did not believe the injury was serious so she chose not to report it initially. However the discomfort persisted prompting her to come forward with the report.
