HAD JUST MOVED SOME DRY ICE OUT OF THE WAY WITH RIGHT HAND RIGHT HAND WAS CURLED INTO FIST THE GLOVE WAS FROZEN FROM THE DRY ICE RIGHT HAND WAS UNDER THE CASE I PICKED UP NEXT STOOD UP ON PALLET AND STEPPED BACK HIT HEAD ON TOP OF FREEZER DOOR FRAMETOOK ME BY SURPRISE LURCHED FORWARD AND LOST BALANCE FELL FORWARD AND THE CASE I WAS HANDLING HIT MY RIGHT HANDCAUSING IT TO BE CRUSHED BETWEEN THE TWO CASES HAS SWELLING AROUND RIGHT PINKY AREA AND WRIST RIGHT PINKY HAS SHOOTINGPAIN UP RIGHT ARM CANNOT EXTEND RIGHT PINKY OUT
