Worker was ice blasting a mold that was set on wood supports
What happened
While ice blasting the nozzle came off of the ice blasting wand and fell underneath the mold that was on wood supports that he had stacked 2 high. When the worker went to retrieve the nozzle he bumped the supports that were holding up the mold and it came down and pinned him in place as he was laying on his side reaching under the mold.
