While selecting in the cooler on aisle 14 at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came to a stop and while taking his first step off of the jack he did not notice a large piece of cardboard on the floor this caused him to slip and fall on his knees and used just his right hand to brace himself His wrist bent backwards causing injury At this time he is just having pain in his wrist and the beginning of his forearm there is no visible swelling pictures of both wrists were taken for comparison
