Before the incident
I walked up wooden staircase on ([REDACTED]) right side of [REDACTED] trailer to attend appointment for a covid swab. Door was locked so I turned to face and walk down staircase (no handrail on right side) as I stepped on what felt like the ground maybe was the last step I fell on both knees and both hands. My fall was witnessed by a security officer named [REDACTED]. He was very helpful and kind and said he had to call a code yellow and inform his supervisor. A security supervisor. Security guard [REDACTED] an ER nurse named [REDACTED] and another person arrived offering to take me to the emergency room. I declined and went inside trailer to get covid swab exam. Both knees especially my left knee is throbbing and swollen and the fingers on my right hand are sore. I spoke with [REDACTED] in employee health prior to leaving [REDACTED] and informed her of my situation.
