EE was unloading a dunnage load we received in from a [REDACTED] in door 14 with a forklift. the trailer was Company [REDACTED].
What happened
EE was on foot in the trailer and was moving Airbags out of the way and didn 't see the stack of plastic pallets was leaning on the airbags. When he pulled an airbag out the unsecured pallets fell and hit him in the head.
