employee was pulling the pallet of 12 packs. A store employee noticed that a couple of 12 packs had fallen off the pallet. He then flagged employee down to notify her. Immediately she turned around to stop the pallet from moving and could not stop it. Pallet jack rolled over her foot and was there for about 10 seconds before someone moved the jack off her foot.
