What happened
On 2 [REDACTED] Operators reported heavy chemical fumes around the Sparge [REDACTED]. After investigating the area it was determined that the chemical tote (Periclean) had leaked into secondary containment pallet. In the process of removing the containment pallet from indoors to outdoors the PA contents spilled on floor inside the building between caser 1 and 2. EE was cleaning up the spilled PA and begun demonstrating physical signs of chemical fume exposure.
