On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Line 2 caser was failing to properly wrap a 6-pack case of 10 oz bottles and maintenance was attempting to fix running opcheck. An employee from another department was called over to assist picking up the “downed bottles” that were spread over the moving conveyor from improper wrapping. EE was unable to keep up with pace of moving conveyor downed bottles and at [REDACTED] EE jammed right ring finger into conveyor (where two conveyor belts meet) due to repeated fast motion of lifting arms to shoulder height reaching arms over guide 4ft 10 inches tall grabbing 10oz bottles from moving conveyor lifting bottles over guard for 30 minutes.
