Kneeling to plug in the bed after transporting patient to the room

Team member stated I was moving a patient to her room when I went to plug in her bed. Something fell on the floor and I quickly tried to grab it and on that fast movement I hit my knee hard into her bed. After that my knee started to feel like burning like something pop out of place.
