What happened
Employees was loading a container and when he pushed a hose he felt something pinch his stomach and after 5 minutes he began to feel pain. He went to check in the bathroom and saw a bruise on his stomach. When he left to go to the clinic he said it hurt to sit down. However he never ended up going to the clinic refused to be seen and quit his employment.
