I went into room 14 to lock the bed because the patient unlocked the bed and I didn 't want them to fall. when I went into the room I stretched my leg out to lock the lever at the end of the bed when the patient was sitting and I slipped and fell on the opposite leg that was stretched put and hurt my knee and hip.
