Before the incident
Stringing line 3 back up
What happened
While reversing the pipe in the line to string the line back up EE 1 was maneuvering the pipe through the vacuum tank gasket in the middle of the vacuum tank. Put his hand on the end of the pipe before it went into the gasket and got his hand caught between the gasket and the pipe while the pipe was in motion. Resulted in injury to two of his fingers on his left hand. EE 2 was at the head by the extruder cutting at the time.
