Team member was replacing a worn out ½” end mill with a new one.

After hand tightening the team member placed the wrench on the collet to continue tightening. He placed his left hand on the wrench closest to the collet and his right hand was behind it. He used his left hand to support the wrench and was pushing with his right hand. The wrench slipped off the top of the collet and his right hand continued moving towards the end mill. The back of his right hand came in contact with the end mill.

Injury is a laceration to the back of the right hand below the pinkie finger.
