EE advised to call by Supervisor [REDACTED]. EE alleges approximately 17 days 4 hours and 41 [REDACTED] she was putting a student who wasattempting to bite her ankles calves and swinging at her while throwing objects into a hold causing an injury to her right ankle resulting in pain and swelling.EE denies any other injuries and any breaks in the skin. EE states she sought medical treatment on [REDACTED] at VA Medical Center located [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and has work restrictions and follow-up instructions. EE offers no new worsening symptoms. Most preferred provideroffered however EE refused. Per state law EE has choice of treating facility. EE states she will be keeping her follow-up appointment with VA Medical Center.No manager available to close call with EE agrees to inform supervisor of Medcor Reference number.
