EE advised to call per direction of [REDACTED] Supervisor. EE is unsure of the exact time or date of the injury. EE alleges [REDACTED] [REDACTED] agoafter working with a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] grade male student who was having behavioral episodes and grabbing at her left calf and left ankle as well as needing togo from a stop to running position quickly to protect him and other students she began to notice left calf and left ankle pain and swelling. EE reports that thelast two or three weeks the student has been having increased behavioral episodes. EE offers pertinent medical history related to left ankle and left calf injury.EE had a telemedicine visit with her VA Clinic provider on [REDACTED] regarding her left ankle and left calf. EE has no new or worsening pain since last beingevaluated. EE offered preferred providers for a follow up but she prefers to be seen by the VA.
