What happened

EE alleges [REDACTED] she was in the general purpose room working with a student when the student attacked her grabbed her hair andpulled her down to ground with her right knee hitting the ground injuring the right knee. EE reports pertinent medical history. EE denies hitting her head openwounds headache or other injuries. EE EE reports prior treatment of ice and elevation; EE states it is helping. EE describes the entire knee is very swollenand bruised there is no pain with no movement with movement there is a throbbing and sore pain she is able to completely straighten the knee she does notwant to try bending the knee d t the pain and she is able to move and walk with pain without holding onto something. EE was referred to self care she didprefer to see a provider. No manager available to close call with EE agrees to inform supervisor of Injury Recommendation Medcor Reference number.
