Advising dysregulated student to not kick door

EE was instructed to call by the school nurse [REDACTED]. EE alleges [REDACTED] the EE was walking the elevator person out thefront door and went back in through the office when a student was coming out and kicked the door going out when the student punched the EE in her chin onthe left side underneath causing pain to the EE 's left side of her chin and to the right side of her ear. EE stated she did not lose consciousness when thisoccurred. EE referred to provider d t EE had a forceful injury to her head when she was punched in the jaw causing her teeth to rattle.
