EE alleges [REDACTED] she was taking a special education student to PE and she toldthe student to sit and the student sat on her lap and grabbed her hair and pushed and jerked her causing pain in her neck on the right in the middle of herupper back and all over her head. EE denies other injuries and has no wounds. EE states the pain increased as the day went on and she states she haslimited mobility turning her head to the right side.
